FRA-UNIted concluded the RoboCup with a pleasing and, beforehand, rather unexpected success: a bronze medal in the 2D Soccer Simulation League. The semifinal (match for second place) on the final day was narrowly lost to the Chinese team YuShan, but we are more than satisfied with our third-place result. During the last days, we saw many great plays, excellent shots on goal (including an unusually high number of shots hitting the post), and some impressive saves. We are proud of this podium finish. Our team members on site enjoyed the moment during the award ceremony and will begin their return journey from Brazil to Germany in the coming days. The photo shows the trophy awarded to our team.
