Due to the ongoing Corona pandemia, this year's RoboCup World Championships tournament has been cancelled. As a replacement, the Virtual RoboCup 2020 were held as an inofficial World Championships tournament for the robotic soccer simulation 2D league in which our team, FRA-UNIted, is participating.

All 16 soccer simulation 2D teams that were qualified for the "real" world championships tournament took part in the virtual replacement tournament, too. However, the tournament format was modified to a double elimination mode shortening the time requirements for conducting the entire tournament virtually.

FRA-UNIted played a strong tournament and achieved the 3rd place, being beaten only by the new winner (team Helios, JPN) and the runner-up (team Oxsy, ROM). Congratulations!
